Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't believe the breathtaking view of Burgos and the Cathedral right from my room; it was truly amazing. The layout of the room captured my attention more than the price I paid for the hotel. However, the incident where a staff member shouted at us for taking food out of the room was a negative experience that stood out.
The hotel's location opposite the city gate offers a stunning view of the Puerta de Santa Maria, one of Burgos' most beautiful spots. The room design and the presence of a netbook enhance the experience, but the limited view from the window and the low height in the room can be inconvenient at times.
The hotel had an amazing view of the Cathedral and rooms surrounded by mirrors were a unique touch. However, poor sound isolation was a downside. The service was outstanding with clean and extra comfortable amenities, but rounding up the bill in their favor was a potential issue. The location was amazing, offering easy access to restaurants and attractions, but it's advised to avoid room 501. The dining experience, although adequate, could have been better. Overall, a good choice considering the value for money.
